Orders:
After checkout, we’ll email your confirmation number and, once shipped, your tracking link. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it; just contact us with your order number.

Shipping:
Processing times and live rates appear at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

Refunds:
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. In most cases, you won’t need to return anything unless we specifically request it. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
